Luc Vermeersch is the new house cartoonist of the ECC
Luc is our house cartoonist 2014. During that year he will comment the events in the ECC and the cartoon world with his cartoons. Luc did win many international cartoon prizes. At his first participation he won the 'Golden Hat' in Knokke-Heist, and in 2005 he did win the first prize in our Euro-kartoenale "The House Painter".
